Absolutely fabulous hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Funky decor. Loved the pool and the house music. Very relaxed atmosphere. We had such a lovely time here. Highly recommend. 10/10

I stayed for 2 nights at NYX Hotel and it was simply one of the best experiences. The hotel stands apart in terms of interiors, outside lobby, the bar and probably everything. It has a huge area and one the best views of the Sant Antonia Beach. The hotel staff was also very polite and helpful all the time. Breakfast options could have been better but overall I have no complaints. Would definitely visit again.

We chose this hotel for my 40th birthday because of its good reviews and great design choices, it didn’t disappoint! We arrived early and were offered the use of the baggage room as the room wasn’t ready, the check is stuff were polite and we made use of the bar and pool area. The hotel had a great atmosphere even though it was the end of the season with good music playing throughout the main areas. When the room was ready we had a complementary bottle of champagne and a birthday cake which we enjoyed with our amazing view over San Antonio bay. The room was clean and very comfortable with a great choice in decor. Breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, the pool side food truck was of the same high standard. The best thing by far was the bars! The staff were excellent, the cocktails were amazing and the prices were very reasonable compared to some of the bars. Overall the whole experience was amazing and I would highly recommend the NYX to anyone!

The hotel was quirky and spotless. Food & plates could be warmer. Bar drinks selection could better. Overall hotel : Very good. Downside : Wardrobe space was pretty poor. Music Ibiza style does not always suit older guests especially at time of year.

Hotel, staff, room and facilities were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In the main the food was good with the only disappointment being that occasionally some of the food wasn’t hot enough, but that has to be expected with buffet service.

We had a request from the pool bar staff to use 20 small plates for a large group of us staying here and she was very accommodating. It was much appreciated

We had an excellent stay at the hotel, cleanliness was excellent and all of the team were really helpful and looked after us, no complaints at all so thank you

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, only downside ordered a deluxe sea view room but whilst it was deluxe it certainly wasn't sea view . We were on floor 2 North facing overlooking the car park with partial sea view over the tree line toward the promenade and no sun at any time of the day

Can not fault our stay. Check in was smooth and all staff very helpful. Location is perfect along the bay. Hotel is modern and has a cool vibe. Secure hotel, great breakfast, secure gate onto bay. Taxis arrive quickly. Supermarket across the road! Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Definitely a good hotel with a variety of services, including DJ sets, lounge bar with a beautiful view/sunset, and swimming pool area. The room could be certainly improved, not enough storage in the bathroom , bad smell from the toilet and leaking shower tap.

The warm welcome and the unexpected birthday surprise made this hotel stand out above the rest! I am so glad I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday! Staff truly went above and beyond. Decor is remarkable; the sea view was perfection! I had the opportunity to see the sunset every day! The breakfast and dinner buffet selection was outstanding- good variety for every palate. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family! Thank you NYX Ibiza for making my birthday celebration and stay memorable! xoxo

Room 1511 - We had great time, great food, clean and friendly staff. What we did not like- the duty manager in restaurant Pep was very rude when we asked him if we can drink our breakfast coffee in smoking area, saying that we can not take any coffee (even in takeaway cups) out of restaurant at the bar, as the bar is selling coffee.The big problem was that it was 9 AM and the bar opened at 10.30 AM, so we had no coffee at all during our stay. Also the cleaning staff left in 7 days only twice complimentary coffees in room. As per total experience was great, and we would like to thank you for it.

The hotel NYX has a fantastic location by the beach and promenade. The pool, bars and terraces all offer the opportunity to relax and enjoy the location and facilities. Breakfast and evening buffets were very good with a good variety of foods and drink to choose from. The room was a good size, with balcony and sea view, and was very comfortable. We were able to check in early and leave our cases securely after check out, while wandering in and out of the hotel, visit the shops and go out for lunch. A great stay; just a shame we had to leave.

We had an amzing stay at your hotel, the reception staff were absolutely very friendly and helpful all of them but i would love to give a big shout out to Andra and her colleague who was working with her yesterday on 6 sep around 6pm (sorry i can't remember his name) and rest of the ladies were absolutely very professional very helpful. The food was AMAZING AND GOOD QUALITY fish meat and veggies were a high quality restaurant niveau. The ladies and gentlemen who were absolutely hard working on the clock during the breakfast and dinner, very polite very friendly big shout out to the amazing Loli, she is such a nice spirit. The bar staff were amazing as well, the beverages and cocktails were well made and srtong enough amd super tasty. The rooms are amazing !!!!!! If i could just mention one feedback point is just to nitpicking and its about the pillows, there good but abit flat to my desire. We are definitely coming back next year to stay abit longer. Thank you for choosing an amazing staff who makes the hotel looks and feels like vacation heaven.

This place was in a great location with sunset views if on the right side. The hotel has a funky pink style. Instagrammable moments everywhere, games, events, amazing breakfast buffett, lovely staff who gave us a Champaign bottle for our anniversary and I think we even got a sneaky upgrade Pool has some DJ moments with a cute snack van.

Stylish and chic from the minute you walk through the door. Staff fab, spotlessly clean everywhere, amazing music and poolside dj was awesome Hard to pick any negatives can’t wait to return. Oh and perfect location too! So so stylish….

We had a great 6 nights at the hotel. Perfect distance to the bars and restaurants by the sea and within a 20 minute walk from the discobus station! Staff were really friendly and the hotel itself had great decor that made the hotel memorable. We would definitely stay again if we return to Ibiza!

The best hotel in Ibiza!!! I’ve been 5 times and this was the best hotel by far. The staff, rooms, pool, massage, cleanliness, food, drinks, decor, views were 10/10 & the vibe around the hotel was immaculate from morning to midnight. I will only stay here for future Ibiza trips! Perfect for a couple or a group of friends. The views from the pool, breakfast area, bar and even the rooms are the best in Ibiza. Excellent location as it’s not in the centre of San Antonio but not far from it either. (15 min walk max) there is shops, bars, restaurants & the beach literally at the door step of the hotel. I had high hopes coming here and this hotel exceeded my expectations by far.

Could not fault anything about this hotel was in a fantastic location and staff were very helpful and nothing was too much for them. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful even got a message the day after we arrived to ask if we had any concerns and if so to go to reception and they would sort it out. Would certainly recommend this hotel

Great location, very nice and helpful staff, very good selection of drinks and cocktails, nice pool with comfy sun beds, most of food very good quality but you need change frankfurters that you serve for the breakfast. Frankfurters were not good.

The design of the hotel is truly amazing, just like the view from the room. The service and whole hotel is a real 5 star hotel experience. But what it makes this hotel extremely amazing is the staff. They’re are always smiling, supporting etc. It so unbelievable how this hotel hired such an amazing staff. CONGRATS! And thanks for this fantastic holiday experience.

Lovely hotel , in good location. You can always get a sun bed by the pool area. Loved that you can have access to the beach from pool area too. Breakfast should be included in all packages. I had a sea view room with balcony which was lovely . The sunset lounge is spectacular. . Loved my stay here.

I loved so much about this hotel with the comfortable rooms, good A/C, available sun loungers by the pool, food and drinks at breakfast but was massively let down by the shower you suggested after no late check out was available, I’ve stayed in many hotels and this was the worst! The tap was broken off so the shower actually acted as a steam room, the shelf for toiletries was broken, the position of the hook was going to get anything hung up wet and the drain filled up so you could only have a trickle to save flooding the place.

We have just returned from spending a fantastic week at NYX. The hotel was absolutely first class. The cleanliness, friendliness and overall experience of this hotel was perfect. We have some beautiful memories of summer evenings watching the sunset on the sunset chill out lounge. We are an older couple....not too old...😜 But definitely didn't feel out of place . The afternoon DJ was amazing as was the sax player on the sunset lounge. Thank you for making our holiday truly amazing.
